My Charming Pandora Tale

My sister was the first in my family to receive her Pandora bracelet as a gift and after seeing how much fun she had looking through pamphlets and deciding which charms she would like on it, I knew I would love one for myself.  I could hardly wait to join her in her trips to the jewelry store, or for the fun browsing all of the exquisite charms.  So I took my paycheck and headed straight to the mall to buy my own Pandora bracelet.  The first charm I picked out for myself was a fish!  I thought it was absolutely adorable, and fitting as I love fishing and the ocean.  But after my first purchase, I decided the future of my Pandora jewelry was in the hands of my family and friends; this way each charm would have much more meaning!  So I carried on, wearing my bracelet everyday, and sure enough while working, I received a lovely compliment.  A woman claimed that my fish charm was simply adorable and very well detailed.  I told her there were hundreds of Pandora charms to choose from and she couldn’t believe it.  I’m sure she has her own bracelet now! 

I am 16 and there is one very important event that I will always recall while wearing my bracelet… The first time I went for my driver’s license I was very nervous.  I thought wearing my Pandora bracelet would bring me good luck and I did my best to maintain calm while driving to the DMV.  Unfortunately, I did not pass the test.  I was very upset and disappointed at how long the wait would be until I could try again.  So finally, two months later, my chance came again.  I did it!  I passed the test and received my driver’s license.  With all the excitement I was very surprised with what my mother presented me when I got back home.  She pulled out a little Pandora box and when I opened it, the little car charm inside gleamed.  To this day, I will never forget that moment and how happy I felt the day that I received my car charm!
