Pandora Delight!

My Pandora necklace is still growing with beads. What a delight! I didn’t plan on having such a variety of Pandora beads on my necklace, but the generosity of family and friends has been amazing.

I decided to buy the angel bead for myself after I had adored it on my aunt’s bracelet. I think it is one of the most precious beads that Pandora makes.

My friend gave me the house bead. She said it captivated the look of our playhouse when we were growing up.

The silver journey bead was given to me from my Grandma. She thought it was very fitting for this time in my life and I had to agree. I am going to college in fall and have a wonderful journey ahead of me. The bumps in the bead will represent the bumps in the road on my journey.

She also told me to travel the world whenever I got the opportunity. This is why she also gave me the sterling silver suitcase bead.

My boyfriend also gave me the Love Me White Mother of Pearl Bead. This also ties into his gift giving and how whenever he gives me flowers or gifts he will sign the card, “Love, Me.” He saw the name of the bead and without even looking closely at it he said he had to have it for me.

My brother gave me the lock and key bead. I love how it hangs down on my necklace. He gave it to me because he can’t believe how many times I have locked my keys in my car, and I haven’t even had the car that long. One woman stopped me the other day and asked if someone had made my necklace, because she really liked it. I just replied, “no”, but later I thought I should have said, “Yes, someone did.” In actuality my friends and family did.
