Butterfly Charm

I have chosen a butterfly charm for my new Pandora Charm bracelet to remind me of my four year old daughter, my 64 year old father and my surprise 40th birthday party all in one charm.  My daughter loves butterflies and in January, 2007 we attended her friend’s birthday party.   One of the events at the party was face painting and my daughter chose to be painted as a butterfly.  When her birthday party was over I returned home to my own surprise 40th birthday party given by my husband and my family.  And boy was it a surprise!  Now I know why my husband insisted that I stay at the birthday party with my daughter!  Anyway…my brother’s girlfriend took the absolute best picture of my daughter (who was still painted as a butterfly) and my father (who is both her and my hero) at my party.  It is my favorite picture, so I got the butterfly charm to commemorate the occasion.
