by Esther P. Chase
What a year it had been and what a plentiful gold and silver charm jewelry year. A new granddaughter had graced my life and Steve and I celebrated 40
happy years of marital bliss. Of course, I celebrated these momentous occasions with sterling silver and 14kt gold charms for a charm bracelet. My new
granddaughter's name was Amy Elizabeth. Laura's mother and I happily exchanged Rembrandt grandmother charms.
Elizabeth and I added baby charms in sterling silver and gold to Laura's charm jewelry and bracelet collection.
Stevie added a birth certificate charm and
a "push" present from the girl children 14kt gold charms collection. Now that little Amy Elizabeth was finally here, I could purchase her very own 14kt white gold charm
bracelet. I remember being teary-eyed as I recalled the time my parents gave me my first charms bracelet on my 16th birthday. I too will carry on this tradition, and present little
Amy with her charms bracelet when she turns 16.
To celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary, Steve and I planned a three-week tour of Europe. We ordered one of the anniversary charms for my charms bracelet.
When I added this charm to my already full charm bracelet, Steve joked that he would have to buy me a new bracelet solely for my European charms. He did just
this and presented me with a 14kt white gold charm bracelet on the flight over to London. I kept a diary of our trip, recording my favorite destinations,
so that when I returned I had a reference when shopping at my favorite charms bracelet and necklace jewelry store,www.chains-and-charms.com. I later ordered
several charms for charm bracelets in 14kt, 10kt gold in white and yellow, as well as several sterling silver pieces. Gold charms for a charm bracelet and
silver charm bracelet charms filled my new 14kt white gold bracelet, marking each country we visited and the most memorable destinations. Steve was right.
I did need a bracelet only for my European sterling silver and gold charms.
