Return Policy
What is the Return Policy? Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Chains-and-Charms.com allows the Consumer/Purchaser/Buyer 30 days from the time of actual delivery of the product to return or exchange that product for a full cash refund minus any shipping and handling charges which have been accrued during the transaction. Please see the Return Authorization link below for more information.
Important: The Following Items are NOT returnable: ArtCarved mother's rings, Freeform mother's rings, engravables, charms made into a tie-tac, lapel pin, or charm holder, charms previously soldered and mother and child jewelry with birthstones. Items that are special orders may take up to two weeks before they can be delivered, but the credit card will be charged the day the order is placed. ArtCarved mother's rings and Freedom mother's rings will take 4-6 weeks before they can be delivered, except during Mother's Day.
