Chains-and-Charms.com allows the Consumer/Purchaser/Buyer 30 days from the time of actual delivery of the product to return that product for a full cash refund minus any shipping and handling charges which have been accrued during the transaction. Important: The Following Items are NOT returnable: ArtCarved mother's rings, Freeform mother's rings, engravables, charms made into a tie-tac, lapel pin, or charm holder, charms previously soldered and mother and child jewelry with birthstones. Items that are special orders may take up to two weeks before they can be delivered, but the credit card will be charged the day the order is placed. ArtCarved mother's rings and Freedom mother's rings will take 4-6 weeks before they can be delivered, except during Mother's Day.
Returns for defects will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns after 7 days but within 30 days of receipt of the item will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and any shipping and handling charges which have been accrued during the transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.
